I am an Executive Coach, offering high performing professionals online one-to-one coaching to help them achieve alignment in their lives, as well as transform their long-standing goals into achievable and

It's why I trained to be an Executive Coach, so I can support people like you, to hold a safe space where we can discuss your goals and what's holding you back.

How it Works

Online Meeting

Pre-Coaching Meeting

We begin our journey together by meeting informally online, to discuss your goals, and for you to share what you would like to achieve during our time together.

Coaching Sessions

We will then have six 90-minute sessions together, ideally spaced four weeks apart, where we will go through your goals in more detail, using tools and techniques that will empower you to move forward.

After Care

By the end of our sessions, you will have a toolkit of techniques that will give you ongoing success for life, and we will check in one further time to check for progress and accountability.
